Freya Dashboard

Freya 2.0 is a queue management dashboard for service level managers and coordinators to monitor the customer service channel availability and health. It is also used to give the coordinator an overview of the current use of resources.

As a senior UX designer overseeing the design development of Freya 2.0 my core responsibility is to redesign the new dashboard system to service the new global queue management objective.
