WOOFware is a veterinary hospital practice management software system design to support the VCA network hospitals in the US and Canada.
As the lead UX and interaction designer between 2011 to 2014. My primary duties was to oversee the UX/UI design for both the desktop application and the companion mobile application platform.
A Walk-thought demo of the tablet and mobile application platform working together to help streamline and improve the hospital daily operation.
The UX team conducted a series of on-site visits and user interviews to develop not just the right sets of user persona but also created an unique movement map that help visualize physical challenges when using the application within the hospital daily operation environment.
